The CAS Admissions Department is seeking Canadian FCAS volunteers to Pre-Test our Fall Exams — and we want YOU on the team!
In response to candidate feedback, the CAS is pleased to introduce a new August MAS Exam administration. This additional offering reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing the exam process and marks the final initiative implemented as part of the Admissions Transformation Plan.
The CAS is pleased to announce the publication of the Exam 5, 6-Canada, 6-United States, 6-International, 7, and 8 Content Outlines for the October 2025 exam administration.
Practice exams for the MAS examinations are available for $99. The practice exams consist of 45 multiple choice questions developed by The Infinite Actuary, ACTEX, and Coaching Actuaries.
The CAS Board of Directors recently approved a waiver recommendation for CAS Institute (iCAS) CSPA credential holders who are pursuing the ACAS designation.

The CAS, in partnership with the Candidate Advocate Working Group (CAWG), is excited to announce the launch of a new study resource designed to give candidates a deeper understanding of how to approach and answer exam items—and how those answers are graded.
The registration deadline for Casualty Actuarial Society Exams MAS-I, MAS-II, 5, 6-Canada, 6-US, 7 and 9 is Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 11:59pm ET.
