To volunteer, log into the CAS Portal and visit the Volunteering section where you can browse current openings and update your volunteer preferences.
We add openings throughout the year, with the full slate of opportunities launching every September.
Keeping your preferences up to date ensures you'll be notified about roles that match your skills and interests. If you haven’t logged into the new CAS Portal (launched in January), you’ll need to update your profile before proceeding.

Why Volunteer?
There are many reasons why people like you volunteer:
- Expanding your abilities;
- Building a network;
- Influencing the course of the profession;
- And let's not forget the sheer enjoyment of it!
We're certain that one or more of these is a reason you will want to volunteer

How to Volunteer with the CAS
The Volunteer Interest and Participation (VIP) Survey is how the CAS recruits volunteers for committees, working groups, task forces, and microvolunteering opportunities. Complete the VIP Survey to discover volunteer opportunities and update your areas of interests and expertise. When new groups form or existing groups are looking to recruit, we will be using these pools to reach out, so please keep your volunteer profile updated.

Ways to Volunteer
