CAS Launches Leadership Insights Exchange Discussion Series
The CAS Leadership Development Book Club has evolved into the CAS Leadership Insights Exchange, a virtual discussion-based program where members and candidates engage with leadership topics through books, articles, and other curated content. Participation is now open to all CAS members.
Originally launched in 2023 as a small book club, the program has expanded to include not only books but also articles, TED Talks, and other leadership-focused content, offering more flexible ways to engage with leadership concepts.
The next session will be held on June 15 and will feature a discussion of Just Listen: Discover the Secret to Getting Through to Absolutely Anyone by Mark Goulston.
The book explores practical communication techniques for building trust, improving listening skills, and navigating challenging conversations, offering strategies for more effective professional interactions.
The session will provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on these ideas and discuss how they apply in their own work and experiences.
