In response to valuable feedback provided by our membership, as well as lessons learned over the last year of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) activities, the Board recently took the opportunity to review and consider revisions to the CAS Strategic Approach to DE&I.

Yesterday Bloomberg News published an article detailing the efforts being made by CAS and other organizations to diversify the actuarial pipeline, as well as some of the challenges these initiatives face.

As many CAS members know, September is National Hispanic Heritage Month – a month commemorating and encouraging the study, observance, and celebration of Hispanic independence.
