The Casualty Actuarial Society is excited to release a new video developed to orient all CAS volunteers, both new and returning, on the CAS Council Structure and Strategic Plan.
The Casualty Actuarial Society and Society of Actuaries are excited to bring back the in-person Be An Actuary Day with DePaul University! Share your love of the profession by inspiring the next generation of actuaries. Volunteers are needed to share their stories about why they became an actuary and help high school students learn about the profession during this free, fun, and interactive half-day event!
The Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) is pleased to announce the winners for the 2022 Volunteer Awards.  

The New Members Award is given annually to one or more members of the CAS who have made significant volunteer contributions within five years of their most recent credential.  
The CAS Candidate Advocate Working Group (CAWG) is looking for candidates taking CAS exams to join the working group.
The CAS conducted its first annual Volunteer Feedback Survey during National Volunteer Week in April 2022. The survey was developed in partnership by volunteers and staff on the Volunteer Resources Task Force (VRTF).
The CAS Fall Volunteer Recruitment Campaign is now open, which means through September 30, nearly all CAS committees, working groups and task forces are recruiting new volunteers!
Have you worked with a CAS volunteer who performed far beyond what was expected of him or her? Consider nominating them for one of the following volunteer service awards.
Are you a current or recent volunteer with the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS)? CAS leaders want to hear from you firsthand regarding your experiences volunteering with the CAS in order to enhance the volunteer program. We invite you to complete the CAS Volunteer Feedback Survey by May 13!
In honor of National Volunteer Week, the CAS has put together two infographics with the help of the Volunteer Resources Task Force and New Members Task Force.
