The Annual Meeting Planning Working Group (AMPWG) issues the Call for Presentations for the 2022 Annual Meeting. This will be a hybrid event with in-person only sessions and in-person with livestream sessions (for a virtual audience). We are looking for submissions for both types of sessions.

The Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and the Actuarial Institute of Chinese Taipei (AICT) invite you to be a part of the 2022 Joint Property/Casualty and Health Actuarial Seminar scheduled for September 15-16, 2022, in Taipei.

The CEOs of Toa Re America, Richard Sanford; Swiss Re Canada and English Caribbean, Monica Ningen; and Protecdiv, Kael Coleman, will lead seminar attendees in a discussion on the Reinsurance Tug of War.

The Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and the Ratemaking Working Group (RMWG) is pleased to extend a call for discussion papers on ratemaking topics, with a goal to facilitate the publication of accessible and practical papers on ratemaking topics.

The Actuarial Standards Board (ASB) of the American Academy of Actuaries approved for exposure a revision of Actuarial Standard of Practice (ASOP) No. 29 now titled, Expense Provisions for Future Cost Estimates for Prospective Property/Casualty Risk Transfer and Risk Retention.

The purpose of this seminar is to provide information on a variety of reinsurance topics. Practical approaches to problems will be presented and discussion will be encouraged. Participants can expect to gain awareness and insight into difficult issues and are encouraged to share their own ideas.
