Call for Presentations September 2023 – October 2024 CAS Webinar Working Group

The Casualty Actuarial Society invites you to be a part of the CAS Webinar planning process. The Webinar Working Group is soliciting your submission of proposals for upcoming CAS Webinars through fiscal year 2024 (September 2023 – October 2024).
The Webinar Working Group is issuing this Call to solicit ideas for professional content and identify webinar topics for the 2024 fiscal year. The Working Group wants your ideas for sessions that will deliver valuable content and will be engaging to attendees. Ideally, your suggestions will include the names of subject matter experts that are willing and able to present. In exchange for their time, speakers who successfully deliver a presentation can attend a complimentary CAS webinar of their choice.
TOPICS
While all topics are welcome, the Working Group is looking for topics in these areas:
- Business Analytics
- Leadership
- Problem-Solving
- Predictive Analytics
PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
Webinar proposals should plan to be 90 minutes total with at least 15 minutes built in for Q&A.
Please submit your proposed session title, description, presenter(s) and other requested information by submitting them through our online form.
Webinar proposals should be submitted by December 29, 2023.
The Working Group reserves the right to reject all proposed submissions if no acceptable proposals are received.
NOTE: We require that ALL speakers fill out the CAS Webinar Terms of Speaking. Please make sure that the instructors complete the form prior to submitting a webinar proposal.
