Exam Dates for MAS-I & MAS-II: October 28 - November 5, 2026
Registration opening date: July 15, 2026 at 11:00 am ET
Registration closing date: September 29, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET
Deadline to request exam accommodations or holiday extensions: September 29, 2026
Refund Deadline: October 6, 2026
New Candidate Guide to Preparing for a CAS Exam
The Candidate Advocate Working Group is excited to release a Candidate Guide to Preparing for a CAS Exam. This resource is designed to help aid candidates through the lifecycle of preparing for and sitting for a CAS exam with suggested timelines.
Candidates Participating in July/August 2026 MAS Exams
July/August 2026 MAS exam results will be released prior to the October/November registration deadline. Please do not register for the same exam you are taking this summer until you receive your results. Exam registration payments cannot be transferred to a different exam or sitting, and a $200 administration fee per examination will be assessed on all refunds.

Exam Discounts
Full-time students, full-time residents of Assistance Qualified countries, or candidates seeking to apply to the Actuarial Exam Support Program should review the details about these programs on the CAS website and complete the required forms before registering for an exam.
