Registration is Now Open for the 2025 Dive In Festival

The Dive in Festival, a global event dedicated to promoting insurance talent and culture, is now in its eleventh year, and will take place worldwide September 16-18, 2025. Dive In 2025 will be held in a hybrid format, with in-person events streamed live and online sessions accessible through the festival’s online portal.

The theme for this year’s festival, “Belonging Builds Tomorrow,” puts a spotlight on the role every organization plays in creating environments where insurance professionals feel valued, heard, and able to succeed.  The festival will also include discussions across five focus areas: business performance, innovation, leadership, culture, and collaboration.

The CAS congratulates all of the volunteers across the industry who have made the Dive In Festival a success over the past 11 years! Don’t miss CAS member, John Pagliarulo, ACAS, in the virtual session, It’s Not Individual, It’s the Game of Life, on Wednesday, September 17th, 1:00pm-2:00pm EST. This unique virtual board game will explore the everyday realities of individuals living with Non-Visible and Neurodiverse Disabilities. You’ll foster empathy, understanding, and collaboration as you navigate the complexities of daily life alongside your fellow attendees.
