PCPA Transition Date Extended to January 1, 2026

To better serve our candidates, we are pleased to announce an extension of the PCPA transition date from November 1, 2025, to January 1, 2026.

This additional time provides candidates with the remainder of 2025 (including the October 2025 exams) to complete any final exams and/or requirements before PCPA becomes a required component for earning the ACAS certification. We recognize the importance of allowing candidates sufficient time to plan and complete their certification journey, and this adjustment ensures a smoother transition.

Registration for the PCPA exam is open, and we encourage candidates to explore their pathway options and plan accordingly.

We have added new FAQ questions, and the March issue of Future Fellows will feature an article titled “ACAS Requirement Changes: What You Need to Know About PCPA.” Within the FAQ, please refer to the Deadlines for Earning ACAS Without PCPA section (questions 30-34) for key dates to be aware of.

For any questions, please refer to the PCPA webpage on the CAS website or contact exams@casact.org.
