The CAS Leadership Development Working Group will host a complimentary webinar for CAS members on March 31 at 11:00 a.m. ET featuring actuaries serving in C-suite roles who will share practical insights on leading at the executive level.

This session will examine the transition from technical leadership to enterprise leadership, with a focus on leading teams, setting strategy, and influencing organizational decisions.

Panelists will address how actuarial training adds value in executive decision-making and how actuaries can intentionally prepare for executive readiness, including what skills to develop and how to position themselves for leadership at the enterprise level
