Explore Motivation, Feedback, and Innovation at the Next CAS Leadership Insights Exchange

What inspires people to do their best work? How can leaders deliver feedback that drives growth? What creates a culture where innovation thrives?

Explore these questions with fellow CAS members during the next CAS Leadership Insights Exchange, a free, virtual discussion series where participants discuss leadership topics through facilitated small-group conversations inspired by curated books, articles, TED Talks, and other thought-provoking content.

The September 17 session will explore three essential leadership topics: motivating others, delivering feedback that drives growth, and creating an environment where innovation thrives. Participants will join facilitated small-group discussions to share perspectives, learn from one another's experiences, and reflect on how these concepts apply in their workplaces, volunteer roles, and everyday leadership opportunities.

To prepare, participants should spend approximately 40 to 45 minutes reviewing three TED Talks and one TED article that will serve as the foundation for the discussion:

Discussion questions will be shared in advance to help participants reflect on the content and get the most out of the conversation.

The Leadership Insights Exchange is led by CAS volunteers Patrick Stapleton, FCAS, and Aaron Minnis, ACAS, through the CAS Leadership Development Working Group, and continues to provide an interactive forum for discussion, collaboration, and leadership development.
