CAS Welcomes 2026 Spring Class of New Associates and Fellows
Nearly 500 insurance industry professionals recently earned their Associateship (ACAS) or Fellowship (FCAS) credentials from the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) by passing examinations given during the CAS’s 2025 Fall exam sitting.
The new classes of credential holders include 371 new Associates and 102 new Fellows; all have successfully completed the examinations, online courses, VEE requirements, and the Course on Professionalism required to earn CAS designations. The full list of names can be found online; recipients will be honored at an upcoming CAS meeting.
For over 100 years, the CAS has been setting the standard of expertise, credibility, and professional integrity for the P&C actuarial profession, and the new credential holders join a vibrant community of over 11,000 CAS members sought after for their insights and ability to apply analytics to solve insurance and risk management problems.
“As we welcome our newest Associates and Fellows, we recognize both their achievement and the important role they will play in shaping the future of the property and casualty actuarial profession,” said Barry Franklin, FCAS, CAS president. “Their commitment, analytical expertise, and unique perspectives strengthen our community and reinforce the CAS as a trusted global leader in P&C. I look forward to the impact they will make as they help advance insight, innovation, and decision-making across an increasingly complex risk landscape worldwide.”
