American Academy of Actuaries Offers Webinar on the Amended U.S. Qualification Standards

The Academy released the amended Qualification Standards for Actuaries Issuing Statements of Actuarial Opinion in the United States (U.S. Qualification Standards, or USQS) on November 30. The amended U.S. Qualification Standards will take effect January 1, 2022, for statements of actuarial opinion issued on or after January 1, 2023. During this webinar, members of the Committee on Qualifications (COQ) will discuss the changes to the USQS that every actuary practicing in the United States needs to know.

We believe in good faith that attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 1.2 continuing education (CE) credits and 1.2 noncore continuing professional education (CPE) credits under Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries rules.
