The Casualty Actuaries of Europe (CAE) is excited to announce that our next scheduled live event will take place on 29 May 2024 in London, England at Lockton Re.

The Asia Regional Casualty Actuaries (ARECA) Scholarship Committee is delighted to unveil this year’s winning teams of the Peak Re-Sponsored CAS ARECA Competition.

Another eight esteemed Asian universities have recently been added to the CAS University Recognition Program.

The Peak Re Sponsored CAS ARECA Case Competition is set to support and encourage university students in Asia who are interested in the general insurance actuarial field.

The CAS is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a research paper which studies and discusses climate-related actuarial considerations for general insurers in Asia, Africa, and/or South and Central America.

Registration is open for the annual CAS/AICT Joint Seminar, to be held on September 8 (Taipei Time) in Taipei, Taiwan.

The Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) invites you to be a part of the upcoming Second Annual China Insurance Summit taking place in Beijing on November 17, 2023. This will be a hybrid event, attracting actuaries, academics, and general insurance professionals from all over China, Hong Kong, and beyond. We welcome your proposals for engaging presentations on matters currently impacting the general insurance market. In-person presentations are preferred, but virtual sessions may also be considered. Sessions may be conducted in Mandarin or English.
