Rohan Yashraj Gupta has an impressive academic background with a PhD in the area of fraud detection in insurance business from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL). As a visiting faculty at SSSIHL, he is dedicated to supporting and guiding actuarial students at both graduate and post-graduate levels.

Rohan's research work has been well received by the actuarial community, having published 9 research papers and book chapters. He has also presented his work at several highly regarded actuarial conferences, including CAS Spring Meet, ASTIN Colloquia, and Insurance Data Science Conference.

Apart from his academic achievements, Rohan has 5 years of experience working in both life and non-life domain. His work experience includes Ayushman Bharat (Group Health Insurance) claims analytics, crop insurance pricing, and cancer product pricing. His work in these areas has enabled the development of innovative and effective solutions.

Rohan's interest in data analytics and predictive analytics has led him to develop over five web apps/dashboards for dynamic reporting and visualizations during his work.

Rohan is an Associate of both the Institute of Actuaries (AIA) and Society of Actuaries (ASA) and is currently working as a consultant in RSA.
