Gamma Iota Sigma (GIS), the insurance industry’s premier collegiate talent pipeline, has released a Virtual Internship Guide for employers as a resource for creating and facilitating a successful virtual internship program. The guide includes comprehensive insights and tips on how to meaningfully transform a company’s internship program into an effective virtual experience. GIS held a webinar in conjunction with releasing the guide to encourage companies to continue investing in the future of talent by pivoting to virtual internships to promote continuity and resilience.
