Monographs
| Mission Statement: | CAS Monographs are scholarly essays or learned treatises on a single subject. They are edited by the CAS Monograph Editorial Committee and may be released in the manner of a book or an electronic journal article. A CAS Monograph is a work intended to be a complete and detailed exposition of a substantial subject at a level more advanced than that of a textbook. |

Variance
| Mission Statement: | Variance is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Casualty Actuarial Society to disseminate work of interest to casualty actuaries worldwide. The focus of Variance is original practical and theoretical research in casualty actuarial science. Significant survey or similar articles are also considered for publication. Membership in the Casualty Actuarial Society is not a prerequisite for submitting papers to the journal and submissions by non-CAS members is encouraged. |

Working Papers
| Mission Statement: | Working Papers reflect ideas or concepts that are still being developed and for which authors invite discussion. As such, Working Papers are considered works in progress. Discussions of Working Papers are encouraged and will be posted on the Web Site along with the papers. With feedback on the papers, authors can modify and prepare papers for submission to publications. Both CAS members and non-members are invited to submit Working Papers. |

Yearbook/Proceedings
| Mission Statement: | The Yearbook section of this combined publication contains information on the CAS organization and its membership, including Constitution, Bylaws, and Related Policy; Education, Affiliated Organizations and Other Actuarial Organizations; and Future Meetings of the Society.
