Exam 8—Advanced Ratemaking

The syllabus for this four-hour exam is defined in the form of learning objectives, knowledge statements, and readings. The CAS will test the candidate's knowledge of topics that are presented in the learning objectives.

Registration, Dates & Fees

Exam 8 is scheduled for October 30, 2013. The registration deadline is September 19, 2013.

The fee for exam 8 is $600 ($480 for full-time students).

For other fees, such as cancellation, changing your exam center, or rescheduling, see the exam rules section. An Electronic Signature Authorization Form (ESAF) is required for online exam registration-The ESAF Submission deadline for Spring 2013 exams is March 18th.
