The 2005 Seminar on Reinsurance will be held June 6-7, 2005, at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel in Bermuda.

Cancellation Policy
The fee will be refunded for cancellations received by May 27, 2005, less a $50 processing fee. Only written cancellations will be honored. Cancellations will be accepted by fax at (703) 276-3108; or e-mailed to meetings@casact.org.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the evenings of June 5 and 6. The room rate is $299 for a single or double room. Room rates are subject to a daily per person per day gratuity of $9.55 that covers the bellman and maid service. There is also a resort levy of $6.00 per person per day.

Attire
Business casual attire is suggested for all sessions as well as the buffet dinner on Monday evening. In June, Bermuda experiences an average high temperature of 81° Fahrenheit and an average low of 73° Fahrenheit. Since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary, it is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
