ICYMI: CAS Leaders Hosted Town Hall to Introduce Strategic Plan
The 2020 Annual Meeting kicked off with a Town Hall meeting hosted by members of the CAS Board of Directors. The panelists introduced CAS members, candidates, and other stakeholders to the 2021-2023 CAS Strategic Plan, discussing a bold new vision that sets the direction for the organization’s continued growth and success over the next three years.
The board created a framework for the CAS to focus its efforts and measure its success as we deploy tactics over the next three years towards realizing our envisioned future.
The framework consists of three pillars of focus:
- Building Skills for the Future
- Diversifying the CAS Pipeline
- Expanding Globally
These three pillars stand atop a new foundation and operating model of how an organization of our growing size can nimbly and with agility, employ the best partnership of volunteers and CAS staff to execute on our Strategic Plan.
