2008 CAS Spring Meeting
June 15-18, 2008
The 2008 CAS Spring Meeting is an opportunity for actuaries and other professionals to stay up to date with topics relating to insurance and risk. This meeting will allow actuaries to pursue their continuing education requirements while also providing a forum for informal discussion with colleagues.
Taking advantage of our Canadian destination, the CAS Spring Meeting will feature a joint meeting day with the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (CIA) and Society of Actuaries (SOA). The unique CAS, CIA, and SOA joint meeting day will feature 20 concurrent sessions and two general sessions. When making travel plans, please note that the CAS joint day sessions end at 3:30 pm. This time is later than the usual ending time of noon on the last day of the meeting.
Reminder: Passports are required for entry via air into Canada, please allow ample time to renew or apply. Visitors entering Canada by land (or sea) need one photo identification, along with one additional form of identification.
