Golf Scramble Winners Announced

Between concurrent sessions and late afternoon thunderstorms, attendees of the 2003 CAS Spring Meeting in Marco Island found some time—and sun—for the 20th Annual CAS Golf Scramble. The tournament was held on May 20 with prizes for individual teams, closest to the pin, and longest drive. Winners were:

• First place gross—LeRoy Boison, Lynn Boison, Steve Lehmann, and Rob Walling;

• Second place gross—Chris Carlson, Rich Babel, Mary D. Miller, and Stuart Hayes;

• Third place gross—Dana Kelley, John Captain, Dale Edlefson, and Mike Walters;

• First place net—John Levy, Sally Levy, Pete Ranter, and Paul Mills;

• Second place net—Ricardo Verges, Carol Stevenson, Jim Tygh, and Lisa Smego;

• Closest to the pin—Paul Mills and Lisa Smego; and

• Longest drive—John Levy and Mary D. Miller.

Thirteen teams of four participated. The next golfing event is the 2004 Scramble at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs.
