The table of contents for the NCCI Experience Rating Plan Manual
mentions a Supplement section, pages 13-14. These pages don't seem
to have been included in my Study Kit Update I received from the CAS.
I did receive, however, an apparently "extra" section called
"Interstate Rating" dated 1/1/88 (6 pages text with exhibits A-C).
Two questions:
(1) Is the Interstate Rating section "old poop" that has been
replaced by section 4?
(2) Is anyone else missing pages 13 and 14?

P.S. After a long hiatus from the exam grind, I'm a first timer
having trouble getting out of the blocks (just finished readings for
week 1). I'm based in London so don't have much interaction with CAS
folk. This study group should help. Thanks!
