On page 38, beginning of the last paragraph, Finger writes, "The log-normal
assumption applies to the individual claim sizes (i.e., the claim count)."
Does anyone understand what he's saying? Maybe I'm just stuck in a
severity versus frequency state of mind, but I don't get the point of this
sentence.
