Yes. I suggest adding that article to 6th week's readings, since
minimum bias procedure was part of it. Brown's paper on minimum bias
procedure and ISO's Monoline-Multiline ratemaking seems to tie in well
together.

Unless I'm mistaken, the NEAS Study Schedule seems to have omitted the
ISO
Study Note on Monoline-Multiline Ratemaking. Any suggestions?
