For the most part, the order in the syllabus is fine. However, I think
you should read Lee's paper on "graphic" approach before you read
anything else regarding excess premium, insurance charge or table L.

I am taking Part 9 for the first time. I was wondering whether there is
an
order to go through the articles that is better than the order found in
the
syllabus itself.

Also, the Murdza manual questions seem to imply that there have been
very
few questions on the formulas in Venter's review of Brown's paper (i.e.
the
first one on the syllabus). Does that seem reasonable ?
