and long dashes, went unrecognized by some filter or other and morphed =

question marks. Sorry -- it didn't look that way on my own e-mail syste=
m
before I sent it.
So the fact that you see something like "Kimball?s" does not mean I'm
questioning whether it was really Kimball!
