I was at the seminar in NJ but left a day early. Bob Scott said he would mail
me what he didn't have with him at the time. I then received a packet of
solutions and some other handouts (Cat Reserve etc.) but there was nothing on
Harrington or Wilcox. I've tried to contact him but he hasn't returned my
calls.

My question is: Did he put together anything for these articles? If he did
then I will keep pestering him. If not, I'll at least know they don't exist
(although I would consider that an incomplete job on his part.
