reading for Spring 1998 current developments for Part 8C. The source
readings were announced in mid-January with a notice on the CAS Web
Site, as well as announcements in both the Notice of Examinations and
Future Fellows. We reported that this article is available on the Web
at www.ibc.ca. It was also made available as an addendum to the Part 8
Study Kit and Update.
It was recently brought to our attention that the complete article had
not been downloaded and printed for the Study Kit and Update. For your
convenience, a complete copy of the article was mailed to everyone who
