I just went through my notes and made the same notation you did. As a matter
of fact, my copy of the reading from the CAS SK has that phrase underlined
with a question mark (handwritten.)
The CAS has asked a related question (1992 #22) as part of a triple true
false:T/F: "Rating (in MI) may not be based on the sex or marital status of
the vehicle operator." Obviously, based on the statement on page 120, this
statement is true.
I don't think they would risk asking a direct question on the list of 7 items.
