I am interested to know what you think of this one=2E For the Mintel readin=
gs,=20
the Syllabus says, "Candidates will not be tested on details of cases=20
mentioned only briefly, but will be responsible for knowledge of cases=20
treated in some depth=2E" My question is: What is "some depth?" One paragra=
ph?=20
One page? Four sentences?
=20
My rule of thumb has been that ones which are greater than half of a page=20
should be looked at more closely=2E Also, the ones which have the published=
=20
opinion from one of the justices involved (usually at the end of the=20
chapter) should be studied closely=2E Any other thoughts on this one? What=20=
has=20
worked or not worked for you? These readings are the types of ones that=20
someone can easily get bogged down on=2E
=20
Thanks=2E
