Determining a Least Squares Fit to an Exponential Curve

I have a question regarding the above subject. I can't seem to remember the
formula for determining the least squares fit to an exponential curve given some
underlying data. I think that it is of the form y=ae^bx, but I can't remember
how to determine a and b. Could someone help me out? Thanks.
