Can someone tell me how they get the 12/31/74 diagonal on Table 4 (page 196).
For instance isn't the1969 73-ult figure supposed to be 4934*(1.243)=6132?
For every other projected value except the 12/31/74 diagonal, this is the
method used. (i.e. 1970@73-ult = 7216*1.243, 1970@61-72 = 5624*1.164) Is it
just a type, or am I doing something wrong?
