Amounts in dispute are included in Sched. F, Part 4 and should be
excluded from the slow-paying ratio test. But I don't see where in the
last example that it says there are any amounts in dispute for Tardy Re.
Although Feldblum on p. 43 states that "We consider the ratio ... after
eliminating all items in dispute from the total due and total overdue
amounts," I think the example just didn't have any disputed amounts to
exclude.

way off. In the last example (the last 3 pages), Feldblum calculates
the slow-paying test-ratio using pt 3 and pt 4 data. But pt 3 and pt 4
data is supposed to included amounts in dispute but the slow-paying
test ratio is not. Am I right in that the reading is boo-booed? If
you get it, please correct me.
