1) p. 107 "At this time, our model does not include natuarl resouce =
damages."
2) p. 108-9 "Any model of reptd clms must include specific recognition =
of several items, including natural resource damage.

No-one would invent a model, write a paper about it, and then call it =
lame, would they?
