1) The difference between Cdn Gaap equity and Cdn Stat surplus (a.k.a. =
"liquidity surplus") is the "Required Reserve"
2) But Cdn statutory Agent balance's are different from Cdn GAAP Agent =
balances - and agent balances are an asset.
.... So, if the assets arent the same - seemingly adjusting the GAAP =
equity b "required reserves" alone can't bring it to Liquity surplus.

(What am I missing?)
