Appendix 2: I'm noting that it's an example of actual closure rates and avg
closed claim severity. I believe they were just noting that the actual rates are
slower than what's used in the example.

Appendix 3 and 4: I note these exhibits as A/K 'actual-expected' analysis of
their method. I guess this is theire way of testing the "robustness" of their
model, ie how does it compare to real life. I only paid particular notice to
App.3 pages 35 and 36 and appendix 4 and the conclusions they drew. Things like
how different inflation assumptions and using more recent evaluation data (1Q84
vs 2Q87) impact the model.

Are most people blowing off pages 17-66 (Appendix 2-4) of the
Adler/Kline paper???????????????

If not, then how are you learning these exhibits?
