I don't want to bother with you with idle chit-chat, but I was wondering how
the studying was going? For those of you not taking it for the first time,
are you having as much trouble as I am getting motivated? I have thus far
reread all of the papers, but I seem to just be sleep-reading them. I have
started redoing all of the problems and am wondering how I ever got most of
this material stuck into my brain last Spring. I can't seem to retrieve, and
my brain seems to be refusing to retain this stuff again - (I guess it
figures, "Hey, I wasted a lot of my available memory last Spring, and you
still screwed up by panicking!!")
Since I am not currently employed outside of my home, I don't have contact
with other actuarial students, so I just wanted to see how all of you are
progressing.
