does anyone know on pages 85 and 86 of foundations of casualty actuary
science in exhibits x and xI where the number 25000 comes from in the
formula


credibility=exposures/(exposures+25000)

obviously exposures is the total number of earned exposures in column
1 but i dont see where 25000 comes from.
