An error in Chapter 5 (Risk Classification) of "Foundations of Casualty
Actuarial Science":
If you use the most recent version of this book (3rd version),
there are some errors on page #274, the first paragraph, which begins
as " As an example, the ....". The numbers in this paragraph haven't
been updated yet although the tables changed since the old version.
