There is one column you have to put in between (9) and (12) on exhibit
17. The column is 9 capped between (.045 and .145), one is then added.
I am calling this column (9a) and it would look like this:
(1.06,1.077,1.125,1.145,1.045,1.045,1.045,1.059,1.045,1.145)
The weighted average(weighed down by column (7) = 1.103
the capped zone indication column, labeled (12) in Homan's paper is:
((9a)*(1.095/1.103))-1(the 1.095 is used because 9.5 is your desired
change)
And there you have it, Homan's answers are a little off due to rounding.
