I would recommend that you read all the material through one time as the authors
tend to build from chapter to the next. I, then went back to outline each
chapter. Pay close attention to the textbook examples and graphs as the
committee tends to focus on these. I would also recommend Richard Goldfarb as a
review seminar instructor.
