Anyone who wants these notes should probably approach NEAS directly and
offer to pay money for them. They are very zealous about what they see as
their intellectual property. Everyone who signs up for those seminars has
to sign a non-disclosure agreement before obtaining any handouts. I don't
think they would go to this much trouble if they did not mean to enforce
these contracts.
It is not a good idea to copy or distribute the NEAS materials, as useful as
they might be to us or to our friends.
Note: For the record, I don't have the Part 5B notes, and I don't own any
stock in NEAS. I just don't want to see anyone haled into court for
copyright violations.
