Dr. Stuart Klugman's solutions at his website are just as good as official.
The passing score is probably going to be between (30.5, 31). Most of the
scores posted on SOA website have been in the middle thirtees but I do not
think that the pass mark will be much higher than that since some of these
scores do not take computational errors into consideration.
