We received this e-mail earlier from Stuart Klugman, this may be what you
are referring to.
Until 1991 I taught a 4B review course for the College of Insurance and for
the Midwest Actuarial Forum. My handouts are now available in the Study
Tools page in the Students' Corner of the CAS Web Site at
http://www.casact.org/admissions/studytools/index.htm. Listed under Part 4B
is a menu item titled "Review Seminar Handouts." This menu item takes you
to a Web page with information about the handouts and links to download the
handouts.
As noted there, the syllabus, especially for credibility is a bit out of
date. However, the summary and problems may prove useful. Also note,
though copyrighted, you are free to make copies for yourself and anyone else
as long as you do not sell them. I hope this proves useful as you study for
the exam.
