Follow the procedure from Exhibit 4, for the 75 xs 25 rate. Use the
distribution from Exhibit 6 on Page 125, but use the distribution for Total
instead of Frame-Protected. The exposure rate listed is the final exposure
rate after adjustment for ELR, expense loadings, etc.
Please let me know if this doesn't work out for you. I didn't work the 100
xs 100 example, but I'm sure it's the same procedure.
