Kim is correct, the statement depends on whether the DIV used is DIV0
("current" or "last year's" dividend) or DIV1 ("next year's" dividend).
The DIV0 and DIV1 terminology comes from Brealey and Myers. Be careful, as
past part 10 problems have tested whether you knew the difference. DIV1
does not need the 1+G factor.
