How do you treat Modular/Manufactured Homes?
Do you write them under a Mobile Home Coverage, ACV Coverage or Replacement
Cost?
Do you surcharge for older homes on Replacement Cost?
Do you distinguish between the types of modular or manufactured homes?
Are there any other material considerations?
