Greg Taylor's paper was in the ASTIN Bulletin, 1977 "Separation of Inflation and
Other Effects from the Distribution of Non-Life Insurance Claim Delays."

Also my paper from the latest PCAS "Testing the Assumptions of Age-to-Age
Factors" has something on this topic, near the end of the paper.
